Fusion is the brainchild of Benson and Jenny Kwan, who own and run the highly successful Lotus take-away in Chafford Hundred. The success of Lotus caused Benson and Jenny to want to develop a more sophisticated menu with a greater variety of choice for the more discerning palate and they chose Leigh as the best place to create this new business. Fusion’s high quality take-away food has already caused a stir of interest in the Leigh community and is set to become a local favourite.
