In the bright sunshine of Friday the 20th, a ceremonial Chinese Lion danced to welcome local MP David Amess and specially invited guests to the grand ribbon cutting and opening of Fusion, Leigh’s new Chinese and Oriental take-away. As the Lion performed the traditional rituals of good luck and good fortune, guests sampled a range of delicious foods from Fusion’s new and exciting menu.
